This ministry is dedicated to the restoration of God’s human family from brokenness to healing through continual spiritual growth. Brokenness can occur from inside or outside our control, and often keeps us from pursuing and maturing in our relationship with our Savior, Jesus Christ, as well as the human relationships he has established for our mutual benefit and growth. We aim to partner with others for mutual encouragement and exhortation to live out obedience, wholeness, and joy in Christ through the application of his word into our lives.
Brokenness from sin and disobedience may slow our growth and maturity in Christ and lead to additional sin behavior if not addressed. In our experience, sin has often been overgeneralized so that we avoid discussing specific actions and thought patterns that are contrary to the standard of God’s word. In general, we are seldom challenged to examine our lives in a way that uncovers hidden sins that have become tolerable or even culturally acceptable. We want to bring awareness to these and encourage obedience through daily self-examination, repentance, and prayer, to restore us to each other and into alignment with God’s standard as we worship and serve him.
This ministry also aims to objectively examine the introduction of false teachings into the church, discuss the war of informatics and silencing of truth, and recognize the international implications of politics, religion, and global agendas on humanity. Though we recognize we still have much to learn, we do feel that the Holy Spirit has been preparing us with spiritual discernment to share with others. However, the scope of this ministry will not be limited by these topics alone, as it will further venture into discussions that impact the individual believer and what it means to live out our Christian lives in a fallen world. We want to stimulate true believers to become active in their Christian faith and to provide warning in the present time in which we live, and to become increasingly focused on biblical truth instead of humanistic philosophy, human reason, or man-made traditions.
The format of this ministry is to question what we see occurring before us as “signs” that scripture tells us to be watchful for, and along with biblical guidance, allow the Holy Spirit to train and equip us for the times ahead. We will pose a real-world human issue to examine and apply biblical truth from God’s word to realign our thinking towards a proper response that Christians are instructed to follow.
Our hope is that all who reach this ministry will ask the Holy Spirit to open their eyes and begin to see truth in a fallen world of deception. We believe that it is easy to be led astray from the truth, whether through unintentional distractions, willful disobedience, unknowing participation, or unintentional worship of false idols; instead we want to be mutually challenged to know and live the truth of God’s word that can heal our brokenness. The time is now to take personal responsibility for our Christian walk and the influence we may have on others around us.
